3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
